Payment on Delivery
In case you need the payment to be finalized on delivery, note that the order will be handed over only when the payment is completed at your doorstep, either by cash or K-net.
Return & Exchange
Returns and exchanges must be made within 24 hours of purchase, as per Kuwait consumer protection law set by the ministry of commerce.
To process a return or exchange, the original invoice must be presented, and the item must be in its original condition—unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be made in-store.
