Delivery Details

  • Free delivery is available across Kuwait.
  • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 4 PM.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
  • Deliveries are available on all days except Sunday.
  • Custom ring sizes and any jewelry customization extends delivery to 3–4 business days.

Payments on Delivery

In case you need the payment to be finalized on delivery, note that the order will be handed over only when the payment is completed at your doorstep, either by cash or K-net.

Return & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of purchase in accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.
  • The original invoice must be presented for all returns and exchanges.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • All returns and exchanges must be made in-store.
