Refund policy

In accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its Executive Regulations, jewelry and other precious goods are subject to special return and exchange provisions.

Customers may request a return or exchange provided that all of the following conditions are met:

Request Period: The return or exchange request must be made within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of purchase.
Original Invoice: The original purchase invoice must be presented at the time of the return or exchange request. Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the original purchase invoice.
Item Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, and free from any damage.
Original Packaging & Documentation: All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accompanying materials must be returned with the item.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed for the full purchase amount and transferred to the customer's bank account. Refunds will not be issued in cash. Customers may be required to provide their bank account details to facilitate the refund process.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any item that has been worn, resized, modified, repaired, damaged, or is otherwise not in the same condition as at the time of sale.

All approved returns and exchanges must be processed in person at our store. The company reserves the right to inspect the item prior to approving any return or exchange request.

This policy is applied in accordance with the provisions governing precious goods under the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك الكويتي رقم (39) لسنة 2014 ولائحته التنفيذية، تخضع المجوهرات .والمعادن الثمينة لأحكام خاصة فيما يتعلق بالاسترجاع والاستبدال

يجوز للعميل طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج شريطة استيفاء جميع الشروط التالية:

١. مدة الطلب: يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال أربعٍ وعشرين (24) ساعة من تاريخ الشراء.

٢. الفاتورة الأصلية: يجب إبراز الفاتورة الأصلية عند تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال. وتخضع عمليات الاسترجاع والاستبدال للشروط والأحكام المبينة في الفاتورة الأصلية.

٣. حالة المنتج: يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وغير مستعمل، وغير معدل، وخالياً من أي تلف أو ضرر.

٤. التغليف والمستندات الأصلية: يجب إرجاع جميع العبوات الأصلية والشهادات والبطاقات التعريفية وأي مستندات أو ملحقات مرافقة للمنتج.

٥. آلية استرداد المبلغ: يتم استرداد قيمة المشتريات المعتمدة بالكامل عن طريق تحويل المبلغ إلى الحساب البنكي الخاص بالعميل. وقد يُطلب من العميل تزويدنا بالبيانات البنكية اللازمة لإتمام عملية الاسترداد.

لن يتم قبول أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال للمنتجات التي تم استعمالها أو تعديل مقاسها أو إصلاحها أو إجراء أي تعديل عليها أو تعرضت للتلف أو لم تعد بنفس الحالة التي كانت عليها وقت البيع.

يتم تنفيذ جميع عمليات الاسترجاع والاستبدال المعتمدة في المتجر فقط. وتحتفظ الشركة بحق فحص المنتج قبل الموافقة على أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال.

تطبق هذه السياسة وفقاً للأحكام المنظمة للمجوهرات والمعادن الثمينة في دولة الكويت.
