Yes, you can. Once the driver reaches you at your location you can pay by either K-net or cash, afterwards he will hand you over your order immediately.
You will receive an email with the order summary, which means one of our employees will reach out to you once it is possible.
Yes, you can choose pick-up option in the checkout. You can also contact us through WhatsApp to let us know, feel free to tell us any special request you need.
Delivery
Yes! Our delivery is 100% free of charge.
Orders placed before 4 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered on the next business day. Deliveries are available on all days except Sunday. Custom ring sizes and jewelry customization extends delivery to 3–4 business days.
Yes. Orders placed before 4 PM are eligible for same-day delivery across Kuwait. Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the current time. We are hoping to make it possible soon.
Return & Exchange
Refunds and exchanges must be done within 24 hours of purchase. The original invoice is required, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
You will have to visit us at our store. Make sure the item is in its original condition and bring the invoice along.
No, once any customization is done to the item (resizing, engraving, etc.) it won’t be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Resizing
Our rings are available in one standard size: EU size 54 (equivalent to US size 7). If you’re unsure whether this size will fit, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to guide you.
Yes. Ring sizes can be selected on the product page before adding an item to your cart. For bracelet resizing, please leave a note with your order or contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and preferred size.
Resizing is free of charge for rings upon first purchase. For other items fees depend on the item and the amount of adjustment needed. We’ll provide a quote once we review your request.

Resizing usually takes 2–3 working days. We’ll give you an estimated timeline when you submit your order.
Most of the pieces can be resized, some items with custom designs or with intricate detailing can not be resized. Our team will confirm based on your specific item.

Yes. Gift wrapping can be added when selecting a gifting option on the product page. We also offer a range of gifting packages to help make your gift even more special.
Yes, we offer the option to include a personalized message with your order. Simply add your message during checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s included with your jewelry in a gift card.
At the moment, we do not offer price-less invoices. All orders are processed with a full invoice that includes pricing details, in compliance with our billing policy.
Yes, we can deliver your order directly to the recipient. Just provide their address and phone number during checkout, and we’ll ensure the gift reaches them.
